This book has a few entertaining stories of a nomad chef. The guy jumps from kitchen to kitchen mainly through job placement agencies. He gives an insight to his personal experiences but many times on a broad scope without tons of detail. The author spends much of his career in Australia and uses many terms or refers to many animals or items that if you’re not from there would be unknown to most without really offering much or sometimes any explanation as to what it is. I found myself many times having to Google explanations. Quick and easy read if you want something with entertaining stories and not much depth.
